The Penn Highlands Healthcare will host the third installment of its Women’s Health Speaker Series titled “The Stages of a Woman’s Life: From Screenings to Maternity to Menopause.” The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Punxsutawney Community Medical Building.

Kristina Brown, DO, FACOG, a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, alongside Ashley Parsons, MSN, FNP, NP-C, IBCLC, a certified registered nurse practitioner specializing in obstetric and gynecological care, will lead the discussion. They will cover various health care needs women face throughout different stages of life.

Attendance is free and open to all interested individuals. Participation in previous sessions is not required for attending this program. Attendees who complete all three programs in the series will receive a complimentary gift.

The venue for the event is located at 21911 Route 119 in Punxsutawney. Participants are advised that dates may change due to inclement weather conditions.

Opened in 2022, the Punxsutawney Community Medical Building provides numerous outpatient services for residents of Jefferson County and nearby areas within a modern facility.
