Pennsylvania House Republicans are set to deliver a response following the governor’s budget address. The event will take place on Tuesday, February 4, at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg. Key Republican figures expected to speak include House Republican Leader Jesse Topper, House Republican Whip Tim O’Neal, and House Republican Appropriations Chairman Jim Struzzi.
