Senator Cris Dush and Representative Stephanie Borowicz have announced a grant of approximately $400,000 awarded to Renovo Borough for the rehabilitation of Delaware Avenue. This funding aims to alleviate the financial burden on local taxpayers for this essential infrastructure project.

“Renovo Borough is set to receive significant funding that will be used to offset the financial burden local taxpayers would have otherwise felt for this critical infrastructure rehabilitation project,” said Dush. “With so many families struggling with ever-rising costs and inflation, I am grateful to have played a role in securing this highly competitive funding for the benefit of Clinton County residents, job creators, motorists, and pedestrians.”

The grant is sourced from the Multimodal Transportation Fund under the Commonwealth Financing Authority. This fund supports economic development by ensuring safe and reliable transportation systems across Pennsylvania.

“I am glad to see Renovo Borough receive this grant to rehabilitate Delaware Ave. and ensure a safer, more reliable system in the borough,” said Borowicz. “Congratulations to the borough and our citizens.”
