Borough of Brookville issued thee following announcement on Sept. 10.
The property abuts the cemetery. There are two main structures on the property sharing utilities. Proposals submitted utilizing both structures will be considered first. Both buildings require work - the extent depends on your proposed use. The buildings will be leased "as is".
