Of the 247 people living in North Vandergrift in 2020, 43.7 percent (108) were women and 56.3 percent (139) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 21. In the 65 and over age range, there were 43 females and 27 males.
