Christ the King Parish recently issued the following announcement.
NIGHT AT THE RACES
A Night at the Races will be held in St. James Parish’s activities center, Apollo, Saturday, Oct. 16. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Light fare will be available at 6 p.m., with races at 7. Cost is $20. Tickets can be purchased at the church before and after Masses Sept. 25-26 and Oct. 2-3 and 9-10; by calling 724-882- 8776; at the parish office; and at the door.
