Congratulations to senior Gabriel A. Kenning from the Indiana Area School District on being named a candidate for the 2023 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program. He is one of 198 Pennsylvania students to be recognized by the White House Commission on Presidential Scholars.
The program was established in 1964 as a way to acknowledge students who demonstrate exceptional talent in the visual, creative, and performing arts, as well as career and technical education fields.
The field of scholarship winners is limited to 161. Those recipients will be announced in June.
