Republican women legislators to propose bills targeting sexual harassment

Several female members of the House Republican Caucus are set to introduce a legislative package aimed at addressing sexual harassment within state government. The announcement will take place on Wednesday, November 15, at 9:30 a.m. in the Ryan Rotunda, Harrisburg.

The initiative involves five bills designed to implement changes following recent incidents of sexual harassment. Representatives Abby Major (R-Armstrong/Westmoreland), Kate Klunk (R-York), Donna Scheuren (R-Montgomery), Stephenie Scialabba (R-Butler), and Ann Flood (R-Northampton) will present the legislation. Emma Davidson Tribbs, director and co-founder of the National Women’s Defense League, will also participate in the event.
