State Representative Jim Struzzi has been elected as the Appropriations Chair for the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus for the 2025-26 Legislative Session. Struzzi, a Republican from Indiana County, was chosen by his colleagues to take on this leadership role.

"I am honored to serve as the Republican Appropriations chair in the coming session," said Struzzi. "The leadership team for the coming session is eager to get to work, and I look forward to what we can accomplish together."

In his new position, Struzzi will collaborate with the majority chair, Senate, and governor to finalize budget and fiscal code bills that allocate funds identified in the state budget.

Struzzi's experience includes serving on the Appropriations Committee since the 2019-20 Legislative Session. In the previous session, he was the Republican Subcommittee Chair on Health and Human Services within this committee.

He also holds positions on the board of directors of both the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) and the Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation. PENNVEST provides funding for sewer, storm water, and drinking water projects across Pennsylvania.

Struzzi is dedicated to upholding traditional values such as hard work, personal integrity, and community service at the state Capitol. He aims to reduce government spending, eliminate burdensome taxes, create more family-sustaining jobs, improve business conditions, and support Pennsylvania's agriculture industry.

Joining Struzzi in leading their caucus are House Republican Leader Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Fulton), Whip Tim O’Neal (R-Washington), Policy Committee Chair David Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Juniata/Mifflin), Caucus Administrator Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland), Caucus Chairman Martina White (R-Philadelphia), and Caucus Secretary Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford).
