Josh LaFleur appointed regional market president for Penn Highlands Southwest Region

Penn Highlands Healthcare has announced the appointment of Josh LaFleur, MBA, as the new Regional Market President for the Southwest Region. This region includes Penn Highlands Connellsville and Penn Highlands Mon Valley.

Josh LaFleur joined Penn Highlands Healthcare in 2023 as Vice President of Operations at Penn Highlands Clearfield. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing daily operations and implementing growth strategies. During the transition period, Will Chinn, President of Penn Highlands DuBois and Penn Highlands Clearfield, along with his administrative team, will manage day-to-day operations at Penn Highlands Clearfield.

LaFleur brings a wealth of experience in administration, organizational management, patient care, and patient satisfaction to his new position. Before joining Penn Highlands Healthcare, he held management roles at Ochsner Health's Baptist Campus in New Orleans, Louisiana. His responsibilities there evolved from Director of Imaging Services to Director of Clinical Operations. He began his healthcare career in Radiology management at medical centers in Louisiana and Colorado.

LaFleur holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Louisiana State University.

He is also affiliated with several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, and Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
